On May 31, the Ministry of Agriculture and the Anhui Provincial Peoples Government held the launch ceremony for transregional mechanical wheat harvesting in Shouxian County, Anhui Province. In a valley of wheat on Shouxihu Farm, at the word of command, 40 combines made for the boundless golden wheat field at full speed, kicking off the summer harvest of main wheat-producing regions in the country.

Yuchais service personnel is meticulously conducting pre-harvesting inspection of machines

Hui Liangyu, vice premier of the State Council; Zhang Baoshun, secretary of the CPC Anhui Provincial Committee; Li Bin, governor of Anhui Province and Han Changfu, minister of agriculture attended and addressed the ceremony. Lu Jianglin, assistant to director of Customer Service Center of Yuchai Sales Co., Ltd. and Xie Bin, service manager of Anhui Office led the technical personnel of the center, Liuan Sanyou and Huainan service stations for the ceremony.

Summer production if the opening battle of this years grain production. The Party Central Committee and the State Council attached great importance to this years summer grain production by taking a series of policy measures and appropriating special central financial funds twice for wheat technology subsidization, thus boosting farmers production enthusiasm. The country input over 1,400 units or sets of agricultural machines and implements into rush harvesting and planting, with a mechanical strength above last year. The countrys wheat mechanization level is expected to top 90 percent, and all 11 wheat-producing regions in the country have show trends of summer grain yield increase.

This year, the vast majority of agricultural machinery in Anhui is equipped with Yuchai engines. 90 percent of Foton and Richuang combines unveiled at the ceremony carry Yuchai engines. Since early May, Customer Service Center of Yuchai Sales Co., Ltd. has organized offices and service stations earlier to stand by, established a wheat harvest support team to head to fields for service support, and made banners, slogans and caring gifts to enhance the influence of Yuchais wheat harvest service. Also, Yuchai worked out a plan for the ceremony and became a major service force of the ceremony.

Yuchais service personnel distributes combine maintenance manuals to combine operators

A day before the ceremony, Yuchais summer harvest service team and service stations brought together combine operators, distributed combine maintenance manuals, and taught daily usages and the common sense of maintenance, including combine and engine troubleshooting, straw cleanup, air filter inspection, etc.

The explanation of Yuchais service personnel also attracted operators of combines carrying other engines, who hoped for help from Yuchais service team, too. With the spirit of being impartial to operators and making them keenly feel Yuchais selfless services, the team readily granted requests and meticulously conducted pre-harvesting inspection of their machines.
