On February 1, according to sources with the Organization Department of the CPC Yulin Municipal Committee, Strengthen Corporate Humanistic Care, Innovate Methods of Mass Work--the Party Committee of Yuchai Group Effectively Introduces EPA, an organization innovation project entered by the Party Committee of Yuchai Group, was unanimously praised by attending leaders and experts and won the second prize for achievement in organization innovation for its scientificalness, systematicness, forwardness and effectiveness.

Since 2012, to adapt to new situation and new challenges, Yuchai has strengthened humanistic care and psychological counseling for employees, done mass work well in the new period, enhanced the cohesion of employees and Party organization, and built harmonious labor relations and a harmonious enterprise. Yuchai introduced EAP (Employee Assistance Program) in early 2012.

EAP is a new scientific tool and carrier of mass work that provides all-round and full-course solutions to employees' physical and mental problems with modern psychology, sociology and management as theoretical foundation, with paying full attention to employees' mental health and increasing employees' psychological capital as penetrating point, and with traditional care service as support. By advancing EAP, Yuchai has achieved effects of enhancing cohesion, cultural power, influence and business operation.
