On March 7, a delegation led by Wu Jinsheng, Party secretary of Guangxi Alnan Aluminum Co., Ltd. (Alnan) and Wei Yongyun, assistant to general manager of Liuzhou Wuling Liuji Power Co., Ltd. (Wuling Liuji) visited Yuchai for an exchange on HR business. General Manager Wu Qiwei and Deputy Party Secretary Ye Bin of Yuchai Machinery Co., Ltd. warmly received the delegation.
Ye introduced Yuchai's three career development channels: professional channel, administrative post channel and skill channel, shared the experience in construction and implementation of Yuchai's salary, training and total performance systems, and preferentially introduced the details of the visitors' concerns such as R & D career, the talent training mode of the practical training base, the mechanism of high-end talent retention and appointment, and excellent performance management.
Wuling Liuji and Alnan shared respective experience in HR management, too. Also, the two sides discussed issues like the principle of salary planning, the rate of brain drain and talent structure.
Wu welcomed the delegation on behalf of Yuchai. The two sides should cement exchange in the future, he said, adding, "Yuchai is like a sponge hoping to absorb advantages of advanced enterprises." Also, he showed strong interest in and learned more about Alnan's mode and experience of classified recruitment of white-collar workers and blue-collar workers.
The delegation also visited the test center, heavy machinery processing workshop, heavy machinery assembly & commissioning workshop and showroom of Power Building.
