On March 20, Yuchai held the Collective Talks on New Cadre Integrity & Signing Conference for Clean Practice Warranty. Guo Deming, deputy Party secretary of Yuchai Group and secretary of the Discipline Inspection Commission of Yuchai Group and Ye Bin, deputy Party secretary of Yuchai Machinery Co., Ltd. (Yuchai Machinery) and secretary of the Discipline Inspection Commission of Yuchai Machinery held collective talks with the middle-level management cadres newly appointed by Yuchai Group and Yuchai Machinery, and signed the Clean Practice Warranty with them. Zhou Jinliang, deputy secretary of the discipline inspection commissions of Yuchai Group and Yuchai Machinery, presided over the conference.

At the conference, Guo and Ye held collective talks on integrity with the newly appointed management cadres. The leaders of the corporate disciplinary inspection commission pinned great hope on these management cadres, raising three requirements for their clean practice after taking up new jobs: first, they should recognize role changes, stick to professional ethics, avoid corruption, build a solid foundation of cadre integrity for the group's healthy development and bear the responsibility of "second startup" on their posts; second, they should earnestly learn and implement the regulations of the Party Central Committee, Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region, Yulin City and the company on leading cadres' clean practice, strictly implement the eight regulations of the central government, observe laws and disciplines, and stay away from prohibitions of laws and regulations; third, they should enhance thinking and understanding, be strict with themselves and mind the people around, thus establishing a good image for the group's management cadre team.

Following the talks, Guo and Ye signed the Clean Practice Warranty with the middle-level management cadres newly appointed by Yuchai Group and Yuchai Machinery respectively.
