In the afternoon of Sept. 25, the Yuchai Parts Manufacture Co., Ltd. had the 4th Session of the 3rd Workers Congress. More than 100 employee representatives got together to put advices for the 2008 goal.

Management team of the company, including Wei Mingfa, Gong Hai, Zhang Lin, Li Shengzhu, Zhang Ruili, Huang Bojiang, Su Zhisheng, attended the Session. At the event, General Manager Gong Hai reported the production and operation situation from Jan.- Aug. Gong summarized the fulfillment of main operating indicators, sales, market development, product R&D and techniques improvement, production management, cost management; He pointed out the deficiency in export and overseas parts supplies, as well as measures to approach the targets of 2008.

Huang Bojiang, the chairperson of the Labor Union of Yuchai Parts Manufacture Co., Ltd reported the implementation of the <<Union Contract>> for the past half year. He also reported the modification of the <<Union Contract>> from 2008 to 2011. At the end of the Session, a ceremony of contract signing was hold. Wei Mingfa represented the company and Huang Bojiang represented the union, signed the contract.  

The meeting called all staff to follow the guidelines of the Session, and under  leadership of the management team, to work hard to reach the goals of 2008.
