On October 16, the 4^th Congress of CPC Guangxi Yuchai Machinery Group Co., Ltd. was opened in the Yuchai Cultural Center . The deputy secretary of the Municipal Party Committee Liu Zifux , vice chairman of the Municipal People's Political Consultative Conference, the party secretary of Yuchai Group and chairman of the Board Ping Yan attended the meeting.

Liu Zifu, on behalf of the municipal party committee and government, extended his warm congratulations to the event. He requested that Yuchai should use this opportunity to comprehensively implement the scientific concept of development, firmly seize the opportunity of regional cooperation, speed up the development, promote the "to grow Yulin by strengthening Yuchai" strategy, and continue  maintaining a strong development momentum.

Ping Yan, on behalf of the third Committee of Yuchai Group, made a presentation on "practicing the core concept of green development, and win-win in harmony for the building of an prominent and internationalized Yuchai " The report put forwards the business objectives: in the next 3-5 years, group sales revenue reaches 3.5 -5.5 billion Yuan and by 2015, 8 billion Yuan.

The Congress also elected the fourth Committee of CPC Guangxi Yuchai Group Machinery Co., Ltd. and the Commission for Discipline Inspection.
