In the morning of October 24, at the end of the opening ceremony of the 5^th Small and Medium-Size Enterprises Expo,Yuchai display area welcomed the first group of visitors. Lao vice President Boungnang Vorachith, the deputy director of National People's Congress Foreign Affairs Committee and president of China International Small and Medium-Size Enterprises Cooperation Association Zheng Silin, Guangxi CCP Party Standing Committee member and director of United Front Work Department of Guangxi  Huang Daowei, deputy director of the Guangxi People's Congress Standing Committee Qin Ruixiang, CEO of Global Small and Medium-sized Enterprises Development Center Steve Campbell, CCP Secretary of Yulin Wen Ming, and the Mayor Jin Xiangjun, along with other major leaders and guests from home and abroad visited the Yuchai display area. They were accompanied by vice chairman of Yuchai Group and general manager of Yuchai Machinery Co., Ltd Li Tiansheng and Party Secretary of Yuchai Machinery Co., Ltd Li Chengjie.

The hall was separated into two sections: the indoor area and outdoor area. The indoor area was mainly for the diesel engine products of Yuchai Machinery Co., Ltd, and the outdoors was for the various types of diesel engines, excavators, forklifts, engineering vehicles, lubricants and spare parts of various engines. At 10 am, when the Yuchai outdoor area was crowded by huge amount of people, the deputy director of the Guangxi People's Congress Standing Committee Qin Ruixiang and Party Secretary of Yulin Wen Ming came to the Yuchai outdoor exhibition area to see the products. They were accompanied by vice general manger Li Chengjie. On entering the hall, Wen Ming instantly praised the superb decoration of the hall. He approached the Yuchai engines, engineering machines with great interest and asked some details.

The huge Yuchai show hall and Yuchais high quality high-tech products drew large amount of visitors from home and abroad that included leaders, distinguished guests, as well as many Yulin citizens.
