Yuchai personnel at the Martial Arts Festival

Known for a " Top Tourist City of China " and " China 's Auto City" , the Shiyan City boasts the world's cultural heritage-- Wudang Mountain,  the core water source area of the South-to-North Water Diversion Project, as well as the largest commercial vehicle base of China . At the end of Oct. 2008, the city braced for the 3^rd World Traditional Martial Arts Festival.

The Yuchai service team of the transportation safeguard group, which was organized by the Shiyan transportation management office, bearing the service spirit of Yuchai, earnestly and faithfully provided the timely and efficient service to the event.

The director of Hubei Yuchai office Gao Qiang led 25 technical professionals in two teams to serve the event. The professionals were assigned to follow with the vehicles or stand-by all day round. Every day they checked the 130 vehicles that equipped with Yuchai engines, and timely coordinate the repair of the breakdown cars.

The Martial Arts Festival was successfully concluded on Nov. 11. While the Yuchai service technicians were witnessing the brilliant performance of the Marital art masters, the over 2,000 athletes from 69 countries also had a nice impression of Yuchai service team. During the service period, the Shiyan Transportation Management Office and the Public Transportation Company praised the service and presented a silk banner to Yuchai (a kind of award for outstanding performance in China ) for its excellent service.
