Recently, the application for Locked square conduit of one-way valve nut for hydraulic excavator patent by Yuchai Engineering Co., Ltd. successfully passed the examination of State Intellectual Property Office  and  was granted the new patent.  

Locked square conduit of one-way valve nut for hydraulic excavator is a new structure developed by technician Tan Jun of Yuchai Machinery Research Institute of Yuchai Engineering Co., Ltd. The new structure has many advantages. They are: it does not need drill to lock, can directly position the parts for processing, and significantly props up the production efficiency; it posts no damage to the screw or screw thread, which ensures the fastening capability of the screw thread; the pin is easy to disassemble and the screw and screw thread can be replaced, and it solve the non-reusable problem that occurs after being fastening by a drill. It greatly saves the costs.
