According to Guangxi Finance & Education (2008) Document No. 420 and the Guangxi Finance & Education (2008) Document No. 208, YC60 small hydraulic excavator project that was applied by Yuchai Engineering Machinery Co., Ltd., was included in the states key new product projects (schemes) of the 2008 national science and technology supportive and policy guidance category plan. It received a total of 300 thousand Yuan from application technology research and development scheme of the state.
YC60 small hydraulic excavator is a new product wholly independently developed by Yuchai Engineering Machinery Co., Ltd. Its project has received a number of national utility model patents and exterior design patents. It won TOP50 of Chinese Construction Machines Award, the 1st Prize of Outstanding New Products of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region in 2006, the 1st Prize of Science and Technology Progress of Yulin City and 2008 Major Product Innovation Award.
YC60 small hydraulic excavator, equipped with advanced GPS monitoring system, adopted the international advanced breed-off load sensing system and achieved multi-parameter remote transmission and remote control. It took low fuel consumption, low noise and low emissions elements into the design for power supportive devices. It made innovations in the design of cooling system, damping device and the main covers and scored major breakthroughs in the excavator structure and performance. Its cover parts broadly apply new environmentally friendly materials with more fashionable elements in the appearance design. It fills up the gap of home made products of this kind. The main technical parameters of YC60 small hydraulic excavator achieved the international level. The overall technology of the product leads the domestic level.
YC60 small hydraulic excavator is a product of high technology and complex structure. It has more than 3,000 parts of 800 kinds, involving an array of industries such as machinery, electronics, chemicals, rubber and metallurgy.
