The Franchise Sales Co., Ltd of Guangxi Yuchai Machinery Group Co., Ltd took measures to crack down counterfeiting in Guangdong market and contracted anti- counterfeiting agencies to find and raid the counterfeiters in Hunan, Henan and Shanxi provinces. This move has generated huge successes.  

After careful investigation, the Franchise Sales Co., Ltd of Yuchai decided to focus on the main auto parts market in Guangzhou and asked local business administrative authority to deal with two auto parts shops that involved in the infringement and counterfeiting of Yuchai parts.

At the same time, the company hired anti-counterfeiting agencies to find and raid the counterfeiters in Hunan, Henan and Shanxi provinces and coordinated with the local business administrative authorities to investigate and crack down on 9 sellers and makers that engaged in infringement and counterfeiting of Yuchai parts. An array of faked subassemblies, piston pins, the main bearings, connecting rod tiles and repair kits, worth 212.9 thousand Yuan, were seized. In particular, Changsha Zhengxing Piston Factory had made 6.2 thousand pistons that infringed the products of Yuchai. Yuchai is going to seek legal actions to charge the factory.  

Currently, local business administrative authorities are taking procedures to cope with the above mentioned auto parts dealers. The anti- infringement and counterfeiting campaign will benefit sale of Yuchai products in Hunan , Henan , Shanxi and Guangdong markets.
