Recently, the applications for "the appearance of YC20 hydraulic excavator", "quick replacement structure of working device annex of hydraulic excavator" and "water radiator of hydraulic excavator" successfully passed the evaluation of State Intellectual Property Office of PR China and are awarded the corresponding design patent, utility model patents.  

The appearance of YC20 hydraulic excavator was developed by the technicians of Yuchai Heavy Industry based on the design of the hydraulic excavator. With the smooth transition, lights embedded inside the cab and the protection rod of cab, it forms a smiling face pattern. Its engine protection board represents the letter "B (Best)? shape.   

Quick replacement structure of working device annex of hydraulic excavator is developed by Yuchai Engineering Machinery Research Institute of Heavy Industry. By triggering the spring of the device, operator can complete the installation of the working device annex. By moving the rod of the device, the operator can complete the disassembly of the working device. A single person can complete the replacement of the working device annex in about 3 minutes. It has the advantages of high efficiency, reliable performance, simple structure, easy manufacturing and low cost.  

The water radiator of hydraulic excavator is developed by Yuchai Engineering Machinery Research Institute of Heavy Industry. It removes the shutter on the cooling zone, punches the cooling zone into the wave pattern to increase the cooling area and extends the maintenance cycle. Its easy to clean, manufacture and use. It filled the gap in the design of radiator of hydraulic excavator.
