Zhu Dade and Yu Zhibin were respectively named Chairman and secretary-general of the council. Chen Bingrong of Changshu Dongfeng Auto Parts Co., Ltd. and Liu Haichuan of Chongqing Haichuan Lubricants Sales Co., Ltd. were appointed vice-chairman of the Council. Chen Huiwen, president of Yuchai Lubricants Co., Ltd., presented the appointment certifications to them.
Leaders from 10 companies including Checheng Auto Parts Branch of Guangxi Yulin Yuchai Electromechanical Co., Ltd. were appointed the executive directors. Leaders from 30 units including Guangxi Tongtai Transportation (Group) Co., Ltd. were appointed directors. Chairman of the Council Zhu Dade, vice general manager of Yuchai Lubricants Co., Ltd. and assistant to president Liao Ruiju presented the certifications to appointees separately.
The newly appointed chairman Zhu Dade said that the lubricant of Yuchai is of quality and the brand value holds tremendous potential. The company is willing to accept complaints and advice. He hoped that members of the council would closely collaborate with Yuchai to draft strategy, cope with changes in markets, create a better business environment and achieve win-win development.
The establishment of Yuchai Lubricants Distributors Council is a critical part of 2009 market strategic planning of Yuchai Lubricants Co., Ltd. and a major breakthrough of the management innovation. The council will offer more comprehensive and timely marketing services to users of Yuchai, provide faster and more realistic market information and marketing proposals to Yuchai marketing departments, support the work of market management and increase the market share of Yuchai lubricants.
