Recently, Trade Union of Yuchai Group and Women Workers Committee held a "Spring Bud Plan" fund delivery ceremony in Shitou Township of Rongxian County. A total of 22 impoverished female students received the fund.

The "Spring Bud Plan" is to improve the people's literacy and benefits of future generations. At the ceremony, leaders of Yuchai Trade Union of Yuchai Group and Women Workers Committee and leaders of the Women's Federation and Family Planning Bureau of Rongxian county and leaders of Shitou township government and Party committee gave out 300 Yuan fund and supplies to each recipients. They wished that the students would work harder in school and pay back to community with better performance. As reported, since 2006, for the poor female students to continue education and the improvement of people's literacy, Yuchai Group has initiated the "Spring Bud Plan" and "Care for female students action" and donated more than 500 thousand Yuan to help 500 female students in difficulties return to school across the city. Yuchai has won broad praises from all of the community.
