2009 General Assembly of Marketing
Yuchai Lubricants Co., Ltd. held the 2009 General Assembly of Marketing with the theme of Establish confidence and achieve win-win by innovation at a scenic resort in Nanning On January 15. Representatives of Yuchai Lubricants distributors across the country gathered to celebrate the success of 2008 and share their hopes of 2009.
Chairman of the Board of Yuchai Group Yan Ping, president of Yuchai Group Gu Tangsheng as well as leaders of Yuchai Lubricants Co., Ltd. Chen Huiwen, Cai Yitian, Zhu Dade, Chen Changdao, Liao Ruiju and Yu Zhibin along with Yuchai lubricants marketing personnel attended the assembly.

Yuchai Lubricants withstood a series of impacts in 2008. They are: the steep rise and fall of raw materials prices, the global economic crisis, costs increasing, prices declining, reduced sales and other various difficulties. By hard work and appropriate adjustments, the company successfully made its sales income climb to 1.7 billion Yuan that achieved the objective set by the Group.
Yan Ping appreciated the performance of Yuchai Lubricants. He reviewed the uneasy year of 2008 with all attendants and carefully analyzed the lubricants market. He said that being one of the six significant sectors of the Group, the lubricants sector was very competitive. He hoped that the management team of Yuchai Lubricants would optimize the marketing work based on the vision of future and map out long term plan in terms of brand building, human resources reserves and R & D of products. He urged distributors to firmly strengthen the cooperation with Yuchai, to jointly build common ground of interests, and to promote mutual growth to achieve a win-win situation

In order to show the appreciation to the hard work and success of distributors in 2008, Yuchai Lubricants Co., Ltd. set up Mission Completion Award, Channel Exploring Award, Loyalty Award and Special Contribution Award. A large number of distributors received these prizes from leaders Yan Ping, Gu Tangsheng, Chen Hui wen, Cai Yitian, Zhu Dade, Chen Changdao, Liao Ruiju and Yu Zhibin. In particular, Yuchai set up the Management of Yuchai Lubricants Marketing Award to inspirit them to regulate marketing management and maintain the image of Yuchai. Gu Tangsheng presented the special awards to 37 winners.

The assembly further strengthened the distributors confidence in cooperation with Yuchai. Fang Shiren from Guangxi Yunde Transport Group, talked about his cooperation experience with Yuchai lubricants. Fang said: his company has been only dealing with Yuchai for more than 10 years because of its reliable quality. In the difficult 2009, the company will establish confidence, continue innovating and try its best to sell Yuchai lubricants, he added. At the General Assembly, distributors signed the 2009 distribution contracts with Yuchai Lubricants.
Chen Xiong from Southwest Sales Office of Yuchai Lubricants, on behalf of salespersons, expressed that they would build up confidence, overcome difficulties, and complete every mission of the company.
With the beginning of the new chapter of 2009, Yuchai Lubricants is going to match on a spring of innovative and win-win development.
