Gu Tangsheng and Zhou Yuhao sign the joint venture agreement

In the morning of January 21, the ceremony of the signature of the project of Guangxi Yuchai International Vocational and Technical College was held in Yuchai Culture Center . President of Yuchai Group Gu Tangsheng and the chairman of Hao Tian Hua Ye ( Beijing ) Investment Zhou Yuhao signed the joint venture agreement of the project.  

Guangxi Yuchai International Vocational and Technical College , a higher vocational college to be built, is co-funded by Guangxi Yuchai Machinery Group Co., Ltd. and Hao Tian Hua Ye ( Beijing ) Investment Co., Ltd. The project, with a total investment of 350 million Yuan, will set its foot on Yuchai Group, serve Guangdong , Guangxi and other southwestern provinces, autonomous regions and South-East Asia . It will train technology-oriented, application-oriented, or skills-oriented high-level students. A total of over 40 majors of 7 faculties will be set up in the college. They are: Faculty of Electrical and Mechanical Engineering, Faculty of Construction Engineering, Information Faculty, Faculty of Business Administration, Faculty of Tourism Management, Faculty of Art and Design, and Faculty of Foreign Language.

The Yulin Party Committee, government and related agencies strongly support  the project. Member of Yulin Standing Party Committee and vice Mayor Chen Yanguo attended the ceremony and made a speech. Chen said: the college will be: an exploration to the integration of production, learning and research; an important method of the vocational training and research under new circumstances; as well as a new milestone in the history of Yulin education. He wished that the college would carry the mission of serving the community, enhancing the educational level and teaching quality, and training more high-level skilled talents for Guangxi and Yulin.  

Vice-chairman of Yulin municipal People's Political Consultative Conference and chairman of the Board of Directors of Yuchai Group Yan Ping also said: the establishment of the college is a critical move of Yuchai to march toward the world and set human resources reserve for the future. Yuchai Group currently has a strong expertise team including 6 professors and educational experience. Along with the brand impact and strength of Yuchai, they will help Yuchai to build a good college. I have a dream, which is to build the college into a comprehensive Yuchai University within three years, as well as the best teaching base in Yulin city.
