Guangxi Yuchai Group announced that: its sales revenue of 2008 reached 20.84 billion Yuan and achieved the goal of to build another Yuchai in 3 years today (January 13).  

In early 2006, Yuchai set the goal of to build another Yuchai in 3 years. Compared to 2005, the sales income increased by 71.7% and the sales of engine increased by 105.36% to 550,242 . Chairman of the Board Yan Ping said: the 20.8 billion Yuan marked the milestone of Yuchai.  

According to report, the sales volume of Yuchai Group maintained the first position in the industry for the past 8 years. The sales income grew at a high rate of 13.5% for the consecutive 8 years.  

In the next 3 to 5 years, the sales target of Yuchai is 35 to 55 billion. The goal of 2015 is projected to reach 80 billion Yuan.
