On February 5, Yulin municipal Party Committee secretary Jin Xiangjun led a team visited Yuchai and conducted research on the issues concerning Yuchai, in an effort to facilitate the development of Yuchai and enforce the strategy of "to grow Yulin by strengthening Yuchai". He promised: the municipal Party Committee and government will do the best to serve Yuchai.  

Chairman of the Board of Yuchai Group Yan Ping highly appreciated the attention and support of the municipal Party Committee and government. He reported on the completion of major economic indicators and the major moves in 2009. He focused on over a dozen issues that need the coordination of the municipal Party Committee and government. They included agricultural machinery purchase subsidy, coordination with Guangxi government to release policies to encourage the purchase of Yuchai products, increasing the financial support to the Yuchai technologic development projects and investment projects, the tax cut of enterprises inside the Yuchai Industrial Park, strengthening the introduction and support of expert level talents, the education of the children of Yuchai employees and others.

Jin Xiangjun reported the main points of the 2009 Service Year Mobilization Conference of municipal Party Committee and government. He pointed out that the service to Yuchai is the prime work of the service year and the strategy of to grow Yulin by strengthening Yuchai is the priority of the development of Yulin city. Thereby, the municipal Party Committee and government would strongly support the development of Yuchai. For those issues raised by Yuchai, the government would work hard to solve them and follow up for the resolution. He appreciated the accomplishment of Yuchai in 2008 in spite of the difficulties which encouraged the people of the whole province. He wished that Yuchai should build confidence, analyze the situations of the industry at home and internationally to advance despite the downturn economy and stand up as the backbone of Yulin industry.    

Yan Ping said that in the New Year, Yuchai would further implement the strategy of "to grow Yulin by strengthening Yuchai". With scientific sounded approach, positive attitude and strong confidence, Yuchai would overcome the crisis and new challenge.
