National "May 1" Labor medalist Lin Yinan talks his feeling

The NPC (National People's Congress) Standing Committee member and National Model Worker Xu Zhenchao made a brilliant and inspiring speech to Yuchai employees on February 11. Having been encouraged by the speech, employees said they would work harder and increase the efficiency of work.   

National Model Worker of Yuchai Lin Jiejun shared his feeling: during the conference, I had the sense that the company was perfecting the innovative environment for our workers. Xu Zhenchao deserved the National Model Worker title, because he devoted himself to the innovations and scored great accomplishment. He built an outstanding team by his personal influence and leadership.  I hope all our frontline workers should learn from him and build Yuchai into a first class large international enterprise.   

National "May 1" Labor Medalist Chen Jinyuan expressed his understanding of the speech: I was excited by his speech. His Zhenchao efficiency, Zhenchao spirit and Zhenchao innovation are invaluable for us to learn. I wish the conference give a boost to the development of Yuchai technician team and lead Yuchai march toward new future.   

Another National "May 1" Labor Medalist Lin Yinan said: the speech of Xu Zhenchao deeply encouraged me. I admired him healthfully. His attitude of work for decades pushed me to think more about my responsibility. I would work harder to do a better job!  

Two technicians, Chen Chaofu and Xu Yanni also showed their emotion. Chen Chaofu said: Zhenchaos speech benefited me greatly. His path of growing, working approaches and experience worth deep thinking. The activity would effectively help lift the value of Yuchai staff and the work efficiency to a large extent. I will pass on his good spirit to more employees. Xu Yanni said: his extraordinary achievement in the ordinary post influenced me so much. I am going to learn from him to enhance my ability and do a better job and make my contribution to Yuchai.
