2009 YUTONG Supplier Conference

From 19-21 of February, the 2009 YUTONG Supplier Conference was held at the Kaifeng city of Henan province. Vice General Manager of Yuchai Machinery Co., Ltd. Wu Qiwei and other leaders of Yuchai attended the event and talked with chairman Tang Yuxiang and other high level managers of YUTONG.  

More than 30 organizations attended the conference. Yuchai was awarded the highest prize the 2008 Best Supplier. On behalf of over 30 outstanding suppliers, Wu Qiwei made a speech at the conference. He said that although the gloom of crisis still loomed over the bus market but as the state policies to stimulate the domestic demand take effect, we sensed the tremendous opportunity underlying the crisis. He added that as an engine provider, being always committed to meeting the public demand for power with excellence and the leading spirit and Green development & harmony in win-win situation, we provided the quality products, as well as value added services. He pointed out that the concept of Yuchai is the same as the concept of YUTONG to maximize your value. If we cooperate and help each other, we would certainly be able to turn crises into opportunities, and create huge achievements!   

During the conference, Wu Qiwei and other lead leaders had talks with high level managers of YUTONG. They analyzed the bus market under the impact of financial crisis, finalized the product strategic structure in the next 3 years and agreed on the sales system intention and the export intention. In the consensus of the overseas marketing, Yuchai promised to fully cooperate with YUTONG to help it to go to the world and be the pride of China .
