On the workers sports, Yuchai Group has implemented The Nationwide Body-building Plan and stayed on the employee-oriented principle to promote the healthy activities of employees.      

China Federation of Trade Unions and the State Sports General Administration launched the selection of National Model Unit of Workers Sports in July 2008. Following the careful evaluation in line with the rules and regulation regarding the selection, Guangxi Federation of Trade Unions and Guangxi Sports Bureau agreed that the sports activities of Yuchai Group achieved the standards and recommended Yuchai Group to the national level selection. Subsequently, in January 2009, Yuchai was awarded the honor of National Model Unit of Workers Sport.
