---Yuchai 2009 Annual Meeting of Marine and Electric Product Agents was held

Yuchai sold a total of over 7,000 marine and electric products with a sales income of more than 130 million Yuan with an annual growth of 88 in 2008. The hard-earned accomplishment under the financial tsunami impact was the result of the trust and strong support of Yuchai agents. In order to gather the advice and suggestions from agents and enhance communication between Yuchai and agents, on February 28, the Group invited more than 40 marine and electric products agents to the Yuchai headquarters to have a conference. Executive deputy general manager of Yuchai Machinery Co., Ltd. Liang Heping, deputy general manager Wu Qiwei and leaders of production, technology and quality departments participated the meeting.  

The meeting was hosted by deputy general manager of Yuchai Sales Co., Ltd. Tang Zuoxing. Wu Qiwei made the opening speech. On behalf of leadership of all levels of Yuchai, he warmly welcomed the guests, and extended appreciation to the support and efforts of them. He pointed out that though affected by financial crisis, the trial of Yuchai 6T products gained the recognition in the market, and their share steadily increased. He hoped that agents would work together with Yuchai to make greater success in 2009.

Deputy general manager of Yuchai Exclusive Sales Co., Ltd. Tang Zuoxing, chief engineer of Yuchai Engineering Research Institute Lu Cheng, deputy director of R & D center of Yuchai High Grade Lubricant Co., Ltd. Deng Bing respectively explained the new products and their prospect, and the service policy of Yuchai. They focused on the promotion of 6T and 6C marine and electric products, allowing agents to learn more of the business trends and brand strength of Yuchai.   

Guests expressed their confident on Yuchai because they had been cooperating with Yuchai for years and understand the good quality of the rich products and service. They would continue fastening the ties with Yuchai to boost the marine and electric industry jointly.  

Liang Heping summarized the meeting as: the hard-earned accomplishment under the financial tsunami impact over the past year was the result of the trust and strong support of Yuchai agents. The advice and suggestions proposed by agents would be studies for future adjustments.

Yuchai paid great attention to the market of marine engines and power generators because of its huge potential. In 2009, Yuchai is going to pump in more investment than 2008, trying to gain more achievements.  

During the meeting, agents checked the 6T and 6C marine diesel engines and 6T diesel power generators and visited the internationally advanced processing and production workshop of Yuchai.
