The evaluation site

YCN3500 heavy-duty dumpcart project of Yuchai Special Purpose Vehicle Co. Ltd. successfully passed the strict evaluation held by Guangxi Economic and Trade Committee on February 26. The project is one of the 4^th batch of 2008 Guangxi Technology Innovation Project Plan. It shows that Yuchai Group has taken a huge step in forging the Engine PartsEngine Vehicle industrial chain.  

The evaluation committee was made up of famous experts selected by Guangxi Economic and Trade Committee. Through the review of technical information, inspection of sample vehicles and the production site, Q & A and adequate discussion, the evaluation committee unanimously agreed the pass of the evaluation of the project. They pointed out that the R & D of YCN3500 heavy-duty dumpcart was successful; the technical performance indicators of the product reached the leading level of similar domestic products.

YCN3500 heavy-duty dumpcart is the first of such kind product in the whole region. There are only 1 or 2 manufacturers in China that have the ability to make this type of heavy-duty dumpcart. The heavy-duty dumpcart is assembled with Yuchai YC 6M 375-20 engine and 9JS 180A gearbox. It adopts structural optimization method in combination of ANSYS and guide-weight method, and iterative computation to optimize the size of components. Its weight was reduced by 10compare to the traditional dumpcart with the same structural strength and carriage size. The carriage has a variety of advantages such as flexible in operation, safe and reliable, large in carriage space, large loading volume and time saving as the advanced hydraulic flip device and a unique doorless tail carriage design was used. The vehicle has good usage and economic benefits. It will considerably boost the buildup of Yuchai industry chain and the development of automobile industry in Guangxi.
