The SAP-HR Human Resource Management Information System of Yuchai Machinery Co., Ltd. was awarded the second class prize of human resource work innovation at the 2008 Human Resource Work Meeting of Yulin city recently.

The development of the system was officially started in February 2008. Its modules were put into use one by one since April 1, 2008. On October 9, 2008, the final remuneration module was put into use which marked the end of the development of SAP-HR System. The modules of the system include personnel recruitment, training, performance management, remuneration management, human resources reserve and human resources building and others. The Integration of various functions of each module makes high degree of HR information sharing possible. Through the use and improvement during the past half year, the system completely debugged the bugs of the previous human resources system (the human resources system QAS). Those bugs included information loss in files transferring and low efficiency in remuneration management. The new system enhances the HR management efficiency remarkably, optimizes the operation flow of human resources management, expands the human resources information service scale, and offers an outstanding platform to the strategic human resource management of the company.
