The 2008 Social Responsibility Report is being drafted by Ministry of Corporate Culture. On March 11, the deputy director of the International Labor and Information Institute of the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security Zhang Junfeng with a team had a discussion session on the first draft of Yuchai 2008 Social Responsibility in Yuchai. Leaders of the company paid great attention to the discussion, as executive deputy general manager Liang Heping made some appropriate suggestions and party secretary of Yuchai Machinery Co., Ltd. Liang Ping presented the seminar in person.  

In the afternoon, personnel from Yuchai Exclusive Sales Co., Ltd, Engineering Research Institute, trade unions, Human Resources, Purchasing Department, every plant and related units attended the event. All offered their suggestions. Zhang Junfeng carefully listened to the suggestions and made records. For the report composition and revision need, Zhang Junfeng with his team visited the first engine plant, second engine plant and foundry to inspect and experience the real working environment of Yuchai.  

The Yuchai 2008 Social Responsibility Report is scheduled to be released in May in Beijing .
