Yang Daoyong, an employee of Yuchai, was honored the title of the Model Workers of Complaint Reporting Work by Yulin CPC Municipal Committee and the Office of Yulin Municipal Peoples Government recently.
2008 was an extraordinary year for the CCP Party and the nation in sustaining stability and working on complaint reporting. It witnessed the success of Yuchai to keep growth and brave challenges on complaint reporting work. Under the backdrop of Beijing Olympic Games, the 50th anniversary of the founding of the Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region and other major events of the company, guided by the Three Represents concept and green in development and win-win in harmony core value of the company, Yuchai CCP Committee practiced the concept of Scientific Development, faithfully carried out the strategic arrangement set by high level authorities on the complaint reporting with the principle to serve the people, abide by laws, regulations and policies. It carefully settled the complaints of employees, resolved the conflicts and made outstanding results in safeguarding the interests of employees, contributing hugely to the harmony and growth of the company.
As a supervisor of the discipline inspection and supervision department, Yang Daoyong with a strong love of the job always set high standards to himself as a CCP member and settles the complaints by heart. Facing the complicated situations of complaints, he takes the challenge with innovative spirit and fairness. For the problems found in the investigation of the complaints, he demands relevant units to correct and follow up the whole correction course. He created new ideas through thorough consideration to analyze the complaints and offers useful advices and suggestions to leadership for decision making. Since 2006, over 50 complaints are solved by his efforts with a successful rate of 100%. He paid high attention to the complaints from front line workers and retirees, actively tackles conflicts and handles a good many of tough issues. His work helped to unite employees, protect the rights of employees and improve the relationship between leaders and employees that serviced to the stability and harmonious development of the company.
