Mayor of Yulin Han Yuanli with a team conducted a research on to advance the industrialization and urbanization to achieve frog jump development of society and economy in Yuchai Group. He emphasized at Yuchai that the government would firmly implement the strategy of to grow Yulin by strengthening Yuchai forwards.   

Chairman of Yuchai Group Yan Ping talked the general operation, business situations of every sector, major tasks and approaches in implementing the strategy of to grow Yulin by strengthening Yuchai in the 1^st quarter of the year with a emphasis on the difficulties emerged in implementing the strategy.

Yuanli said that the visit of the research team was to conduct research on how to grow Yulin by strengthening Yuchai and make new policies based on the result of the research to effectively push the strategy of to grow Yulin by strengthening Yuchai forwards.

Speaking at the symposium, Han proposed five ones objectives. They are: to have one clear strategy, have one good plan, release one policy, grow one strong sector and boost one large group of supporting businesses. Because the strategy was a major decision of the City CCP committee and government, we must push it forwards firmly, make a good planning to build Yuchai Industrial Park into a state-level industrial park and launch a set of policies to grow supporting businesses of Yuchai and benefit the main body of the strategy---Yuchai Group. In order to achieve these goals, Han  required related departments directly under the city government to monitor  overall situation, awareness of service and responsibilities, stay on and serve the strategy of to grow Yulin by strengthening Yuchai and actively solve various issues arising from the implementation. Some of the issues are the surrounding environment of Yuchai, the relocation of Railway Freight Yard, land uses and others. They should improve the working method and efficiency, unite together to create favorable conditions to overcome difficulties and ensure the implementation and progress of the strategy to develop the economy and society.   

Attendants from Yulin Economic Commission, Yulin SASAC, Yulin Land and Resources Bureau and Yulin Development and Reform Commission also offered suggestions and advices to the implementation of the strategy.

Yan Ping expressed his sincerely appreciation to the city CCP committee and government for their long time support and help. He said that the visit of Han Yuanli and his team  confirmed  the practice of the concept of Scientific Development and also fully showed the care, attention and support to Yuchai. It added great encouragement and pride to the whole staff of Yuchai. He believed that under the proper leadership of city CCP committee and government and strong collaboration of government agencies at all level, Yuchai would advance the strategy, achieve the goal of making Yuchai a famous brand in the world and building Yuchai a large transnational corporation and contribute to the fast and sound development of Yulin economy.
