Han Yuanli (1^st from the right) presents books to outstanding young employees of Yuchai

In order to celebrate the May 4^th Youth Day, award outstanding young employees of Yuchai and encourage them to always contribute to the company, on May 4^th, mayor of Yulin city Han Yuanli with a team visited Yuchai young employees on the production line and presented books and gifts to representatives of Yuchai young employees.  

Accompanied by leaders of the company Li Tiansheng and Liang Ping, Mayor Han Yuanli visited the assembly line of the 1^st Engine Plant and offered festive wishes to young employees. He walked to a young employee who was working on the assembly line, asked about his working and daily life, and offered his festive greetings to him. During the talk with young employees representatives, on behalf of Yulin CCP committee and government, Han Yuanli extended festive wishes to them and encouraged them to work hard and actively provide strong power to Yuchai to gain progress. He hoped them: to continue studying, improve skills, focus more to combine theories with practice, and strengthen the responsibility of the job, professionalism and the execution ability by continuous study and practice. Yuchai young employees representative Ye Cunying told the reporter: the sincere words and warm handshake allowed him to feel the care from the government to the young employees. At the same time, as one of Yuchai young employees representatives, he felt the responsibility on his shoulder, which would push him to work harder. He said that he would share the feeling and encouragement of progress with more Yuchai youths!

About 4,000 of nearly 10,000 young employees of Yuchai Group are Communist Youth League members. Over the past years, Yuchai youth has made tremendous contributions to Yuchai Group through implementing the spirit of May 4^th Movement Patriotism, Progress, Democracy and Science. A large group of model workers such as national and regional May 1st medalists Lin Tiejian and Su Wei have emerged in Yuchai Group.
