The Recognition Conference of the 2008 Model Organization and Worker of Promotion and Education of Anti-corruption of Yulin was held recently by CCP Discipline Inspection Committee of Yulin. Zhou Jinliang from Yuchai was titled the Model Worker of Promotion and Education of Anti-corruption of Yulin.  

As one of the pilot originations of the Building of Corruption Prevention and Punishment System, Yuchai stayed on the guidelines of solutions to the symptoms and root causes, comprehensive management, implementation of both prevention and punishment and priority of prevention, the requirements of the Concept of Scientific Development and the core value of Yuchaigreen development & win-win in harmony. Yuchai CCP Discipline Inspection Committee has been improving the management system of corruption prevention and punishment and its working mechanism, and boosting the honest practice in performing duties to promote the healthy and rapid development of the company.

Zhou Jinliang, the deputy secretary of CCP Discipline Inspection Committee of Yuchai Machinery Co., Ltd., made huge contributions to the building of corruption prevention and punishment system and the promotion and education of anti-corruption. With huge responsibility, efficient work style and self-sacrificing spirit, he framed and implemented the General Working Program of the system and detailed plans for every work. He carried out a series of activities to promote anti-corruption and organized various inspections on bidding and recruitment, coordinated complaint reporting work. He held a number of complaint feedback meetings in grass-roots and conducted research on the advices and suggestions from suppliers to help the decision-making of Yuchai CCP Discipline Inspection Committee.
