The Seminar on the Construction Programs of the Testing Center Laboratory was held at Yuchai Huayuan Co., Ltd. on May 23. The purpose of the seminar is to help Yuchai Huanyuan to build a leading level testing center for filters in China and internationally. Attendants of the seminar included experts and leaders from the Institute of Aviation Industrial Fluid Pollution Monitoring and Control Technology, China North Vehicle Research Institute, South China University of Technology and Huasheng Filter (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd. The seminar was hosted by chairman and general manager of Yuchai Huayuan Zhang Wen.

Experts attending the seminar discussed the overall layout of the laboratory, the configuration of the testing equipments and their capacity requirements, as well as the test-bed for the air particular calculation.  

The project of the technical upgrade of the testing center capacity for auto engine filter and related facility is a supplement of the project of the production line of auto engine filters. It tries to improve the R&D deficiency, in particular the short of the testing methods. It will boost the development of new products and the sound and rapid development of the company. The project is planned to build a filter testing center with an area of 5,000O, 20 new units of testing equipments for raw materials, oil, diesel and air filters, as well as the supporting facilities such as 1,000KVA power supplies, water supplies, drainage system and air compressors.
