As the June 1^st international Childrens Day is approaching, a series of activities have been held in Yuchai Group recently to celebrate the special day. Children have enjoyed the happy festival with the company and their families.  

The 2009June 1^st infants bodybuilding competition kicked off at Guinan Hospital on May 11. Infant participants from 1 to 4 will be checked on height, weight, head circumference, chest circumference, nutrition, the hemoglobin, teeth, intelligence, etc. Each childs information and data will be entered into computer. Through comparison with the standards of various ages, the most healthy and strong infant will be picked up and awarded.   

The 2009June 1^stfamily funny game was held at the Culture Center of Yuchai in the evening of May 23 with attendants including children age 5 to 13 and their parents. Each team consisted of one child and two family members. Lovely children, even elder citizens with grey hair from 260 families enjoyed the joyful game that was filled with laugh, merriness and cheers. 29 families came out as winners for the game.  

In the morning of May 24, the Group held the I love the motherland; I love my hometown. impromptu art competition at the Culture Center . Over 210 kids of the Yuchai employees painted the beautiful rivers and mountains of the motherland, the beautiful hometown, as well as the scenery of Yuchai Group in the form of Chinese painting, pastel painting, gouache and watercolor.
