Guangxi Yuchai Machinery Co., Ltd. and Guangzhou Automobile Group Co., Ltd. formally concluded a strategic cooperation framework agreement in Nanning in the morning of June 10. The agreement indicated that Guangzhou Automobile Group and Yuchai Group have taken a significant step in strategic cooperation. Both sides will use their strengths to achieve a powerful alliance and a win-win situation.   

Under the agreement, both sides will cooperate in the independent technical innovations on passenger vehicle engines, hybrid and gas engines and other new energy technologies, and push forwards the development of mid- and heavy-duty commercial vehicles.
