Lan Guowen from the Department of Law was titled the National Model Figure in the law Promotion according to a document issued by the Central Public Affairs Department, the Ministry of Justice and the National Law Promotion Office. He is the first in Yulin city to receive the honor.  

Lan Guowen, as a legal adviser of the Group and Yuchai Machinery Co., Ltd. and the teacher of law Promotion, drafted the <Plan of Law Promotion for Yuchai Group> to promote law education in the company. He promoted the law with dual focuses on the study and mastering laws and regulations in regard to the business of the company. He strictly applied the laws in the reorganization, restructuring, economic and labor disputes, contract management, and legal aid to staff. He increased the law awareness among staff and increased their legal knowledge in business activities. He guided the whole employees to enjoy their legal benefits and fulfill responsibility in accordance with laws that created a good legal environment for the building of a harmonious enterprise.
