The signing ceremony for the agreement of the Three Famous training project (i.e. famous editors, famous journalists and famous presenters) was held by the Group at the training center in the morning of June 23. Yuchai Group signed the Three Famous training agreement with 5 full-time news reporters and editors, 13 part-time news reporters and editors and their tutors. The Three Famous training project was officially launched at Yuchai Group after the ceremony.

Party secretary of Yuchai Machinery Co. , Ltd. Liang Ping, deputy party secretary Guo Deming and chairman of the Labor Union of Yuchai Group Rao Yingxian attended the ceremony.

Yuchai has a high skilled, energized and dedicated media team and media platforms including Yuchai Group website, <Yuchai Builder>, OA news center and Yuchai TV. The wide coverage of the media can meet diverse readers and viewer groups. Those media play a positive role in promoting the production and operation, corporate culture building and brand value. Under the leadership of the Corporate Culture Department of Yuchai Group, the Three Famous project is going to produce a high level and high quality team of professional editors, journalists and presenters by special training full-time and part-time participants according to the occupational features. The purpose of the project is to meet the increasing demands in internal and external affairs and intensify the soft power of corporate culture.   

As a long-term and systematic project of Yuchai Group, this project will select participants with good skills and high potential for training from applicants. The selected participants will undergo a multi-level, multi-dimension and all round trainings that include tutoring, viewing and emulating, practicing, lecturing and achievement promotion to attain excellence in a short period.  

Speaking to the first group trainees of the Three Famous project, Liang Ping sincerely hoped the attendants to work hard on learning and further contribute to the news work of Yuchai.  

Zhu Xiaojie, a full-time reporter, an apprentice, and a tutor in the project, said excitedly: it was a wonderful opportunity to improve skills, upgrade, and gain knowledge. She promised to learn hard and enhance her professionalism according to the objective and schedule and teach apprentices heartedly.
