Yan Ping gives a speech at the conference

The Commemoration of the 88^th Anniversary of the Establishment of Chinese Communist Party & the Awarding Conference of the Model Grass-roots Party Organizations, Outstanding Party Members and Outstanding Party Workers was held at the Hall of Guangxi Autonomous Region Party Committee in the morning of June 30. Leaders including Party secretary of Guangxi and director of the Standing Committee of Guangxi Peoples Congress Guo Shengkun, and chairman of Guangxi Ma Biao attended the conference and presented awards to winners.  

As an energetic and dynamic grass-roots Party organization, the Party committee of Yuchai Group was titled the 2008 Model Grass-roots Party Organizations of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region. Yan Ping, secretary of he party committee of Yuchai Group, was invited to the conference as a representative of model grass-roots party organizations. He gave a speech on the topic of to take full advantage of the Party organizations function and promote the speedy and scientific development of enterprises.  

Yan Ping said: with the focus on the production and business operation, the Party committee of Yuchai Group played an active role to the stability of the team, publicity and corporate image, offered a strong security to the harmonious development, healthy development, and scientific development  of the company. The group advanced the building of the Party organization in the company on 4 fields. They are: 1. Strengthened the building of leaders team, which was the key of the scientific development of the company; 2. Improved the effectiveness of the Party organizations, which guaranteed the intensification of management; 3. took the advantage of the exemplary role of Party members, which was the foundation of the corporate technology innovations; 4. converted the energy of the Party building into the development momentum, which was the strength behind the companys growth against the crisis.  

At the end of his speech, Yan Ping said that the high honor from the higher Party committee to Yuchai Party committee was an encouragement and a push. The Group would continue working hard and make good innovations to further the Party building in the company and contribute to the scientific development of Yuchai.
