On July 12, the Board Chairman of Guangxi Yuchai Machinery Group Co., Ltd., Yan Ping was titled one of the Top Ten Guiding Entrepreneurs in China in the fifth annual award ceremony of Top 100 Enterprise Education, for his outstanding contributions to the local economy.

The passion of the employees on self-learning and improvements is highly dependent on the attitude of the management team. Yan Ping always emphasizes the importance of skills and learning in any case.

 

Since Yan Pin took over the role of Chairman, he has been reinforcing the establishment of corporate culture. He introduced Green Development & Win-Win in Harmony as the core principle, Personnel of High Competence, Management Team of High Efficiency, Labor Force of Innovations as the team-building principle, and Practice, Diligence, Preciseness, Self-enhancement, Consideration of staffs as the vital of personnel accomplishments. During the Fourth Communist Party Congress of Yuchai Group in 2008, he defined and clarified the employee development target for Yuchai as Team-building, Diversification, Professionalism, and Globalization. It further enhanced the standard requirement for staffs. Yan Pin attended the training convention of Yuchai Group personly. He appreciated the event and ensured the sufficiency of running budget to support various activities promoted by the Training Centre. In addition, he voluntarily played the role of Honorary President of Yuchai Technician Association to take care of the employee team building.

 

Yan Pins charismatic leadership appeals enormous outstanding professional exports to join Yuchai. Those experts formed the highly competitive R&D team, provided the research platforms ranged from the national standard technology centre, laboratories, postdoctoral research work station, and Guangxi Power Talents Land. The superb strength of R&D leads Yuchai to be the first manufacturer that successfully developed and produced large scale advanced products and introduced Euro4 standard diesel engine to the market. Also, Yuchai is the first one who self-developed Euro5 standard diesel engine and the sedan diesel engine (volume production and parts support available). In addition, ahead of the other competitors, Yuchai launched the single-axle parallel hybrid electronic power system (ISG) for passenger vehicles. Herein, Yan Pin deserved the award of Top Ten Guiding Entrepreneurs in China.
