In the sweltering summer, the General Labor Union of Yulin sent 200 fans to Yuchai Jinchuang Co. Ltd. . The donation ceremony was held in Jinchuang Co. Ltd. on Jul. 24. It was one of the activities of  the Safe in the Summer promoted by the General Labor Union of Yulin in order to take good care of employees. Zhang Fuwen, as the deputy chairman of Yulin Peoples Congress and the chairman of General Labor Union, Lu Daodong,  the secretary of Party Leadership Group and the deputy chairman of General Labor Union attended the ceremony.

 

The donation ceremony was hosted by the chairman of Yuchai Labor Union, Rao Yingxian. On behalf of Yulin General Labor Union, Zhang Fuwen appreciated the hard work of the front line workers. Zhang stressed that the employer must take good care of employees.  Zhang also hoped that employees should take the corporate as their home and work together to promote the corporate development to contribute to Yulin economy development. Hu Hui,  the secretary of Communist Party Branch in Jinchuang, on behalf of the management, expressed the sincere thanks to the City General Labor Union. He said that with the support from the City Council Yuchai Group Jinchuang succeeded in sustaining the sales growth despite of the financial turmoil. The sales income was increased from 130 million Yuan in 2007 to 240 million Yuan in 2008. Jinchuang successfully achieved the target for the first half and met the requirement of Half time passed, Half jobs done by implementing  Strengthening management, Cutting costs, Keeping technology ahead, Reinforcing quality, Developing market, Ramming foundation, Digging potentials, Sustaining growth..

 

Zhang Fuwen presented the fans to the employee representatives who were chosen as the most excellent employees for their conscientious in works regardless of the difficult weather condition and contributions to ensure the production output. During the interview, the representatives addressed their appreciations to the City General Labor Union and stated their determination to improve performances in works and continuously study further for enhancing the production technology and efficiency.
