Yuchai designated as one of the Directors of China Corporate Culture Institute

Yuchai Group was officially appointed as one of the directors of China Corporate Culture Institute (CCCI for short) in July. CCCI was founded in 1988 and is the first national corporate culture academic organization.  CCCI is well known as the home of corporate and has significant influence in the field.

  Recognizing the influence of corporate culture, Yuchai joined the CCCI to accelerate the development of Yuchai corporate culture and seek valuable cultural resources from outside.  Yan Ping, the chairman of Yuchai, has been leading Yuchai to establish the structured system of corporate culture. The system includes the core principle of Green Development & Harmony in Win-Win situation, the mission of to meet the public demand for power with excellence and the leading spirit, the operational idea of outstanding quality and international Yuchai, the vision of making Yuchai a famous brand in the world, Building Yuchai to become a large international corporation, the team-building concept of to build the creative laboring group consist of high quality managers, high-level R & D personnel and intelligent & competent employees`, the team spirit of high ambit, broad mind, educated, cultural, and the 15-words requirements to managers of stressing on practice, studying hard, setting strict demands, being good at improvement, and taking care of employees.

Once being one of the directors of CCCI, Yuchai will be provided the consultant service and training service on the corporate culture construction, as well as the opportunities of cultural communications with reputed enterprises either domestic or abroad. Its believed that this will enhance the strength of culture construction, promote the cohesiveness and compatibility, further improve the whole corporate quality, and ensure the healthy and fast development of Yuchai.
