According to the corporate culture building plan, in the afternoon of Sep. 8, LIANG Ping visited YCHI to find out the building work progress. The deputy executive chairman of YCHI, ZHANG Shiyong and the deputy secretary of Party Committee, ZHAN Xu gave her a warm welcome.

 

LIANG Ping, ZHANG Shiyong, ZHAN Xu, and others visited the plant of YCHI.. They come out a draft plan after discussed about the construction and perfection work of YUHI corporate image demonstration system. YCHI is going to carry out the design and assessment of publicity on the corporate culture image, along with the guidance from Yuchai Groups corporate culture department.

 

During the visit, LIANG Ping pointed out that the focus of corporate culture build work should be placed on the establishment and perfection of corporate image demonstration system. Up until now, as a whole, the infrastructure construction of such system in each section of Yuchai group is relatively lagged, reluctantly planned, and delayed. It become the weakest link in the corporate culture construction overall plan. To solve the problem, LIANG Ping suggested that some works such as attaching more importance to the construction work, further strengthening the alignment in planning for the demonstration system, and increasing necessary investments should be put into orderly, consistent, and full-bodied Yuchai-culture-characterised atmosphere.
