On 22 March, Vice Secretary of the Republic of Burundi led a delegation of senior officials of Democracy Party visited Yuchai. They were accompanied by SUN Chengbo, Head of the African division of International Department, Central Committee of C P C, HUANG Jiang, Vice Director of Foreign Affairs Office of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region, and other senior officials. XIE Yuqiang, the vice president of Yuchai Group welcomed the overseas friends.

 

Burundi is a landlocked country of Eastern Africa, with trading connections to more than 50 countries and regions. The delegation of the Front Democracy Party aimed to further strengthen the communication and cooperation with Chinese enterprises by this visit.

   

After the presentation of Yuchai Group, the delegation group visited the engine machining process line and assembly-plus-test line for heavy-duty engine. During the tour, XIE Yuqiang briefed to the guests on the sales performance in 2009, the engine production flow and other processes.

   

After witnessed the final assembled engines, the Vice Secretary sincerely expressed his laudation to the high-quality, effective management system, excellent elites team, and the domestic industry-wide leading techniques in Yuchai, with thumbs up. Also, he said that they would learn from the operation model in China enterprises, reinforce the bilateral collaboration, and aggressively develop their own industries.
