-Leaders of the Safe Production Commission of the State Council inspect the safety work of Yuchai

       On May 22, Liu Gongchen, safety director of the Ministry of Transport, headed the fifth safe production supervision team of the Safe Production Commission of the State Council to Yuchai for safety supervision, which was the work emphasis of the team in Yuchai and involved system and material supervision and production supervision.
       Gu Tangsheng, president of Yuchai Group and Li Chengjie, assistant to the chairman of board elaborated on the general information of Yuchai about the implementation of state laws and regulations on safe production and the facts of safe production of all subsidiaries and plants. In recent years, under the wise leadership of the higher Party committee and government departments, Yuchai has kept to the working principle of safety first, precaution foremost and comprehensive treatment, established the safety concept of life foremost and safety first, attached great importance to safety management and made outstanding achievements in safe production. The supervision team conducted rigorous inspection from such aspects as the fulfillment of the system of safe production responsibility, the implementation of laws, regulations, standards and specifications on safe production, the check and rectification of potential safety hazards and the monitoring of major hazard sources, emergency management, basic safety work and educational training. Also, the team headed to the  heavy-duty  Diesel  Engine processing line of the cool processing plant and the heavy-duty Diesel Engine assembly and trial line of the first engine plant for site safety inspection.
        Liu said that Yuchai was worthy of praise for having paid attention to safe production, completed safety system construction and implemented safety rules and regulations perfectly, and hoped that Yuchais management staff would further enhance the sense of safe production ideologically, continue to perfect the safe production mechanism, earnestly sum up experience and do safe production work well.
