Recently, the board of Yuchai Group directors deliberated and passed 2010 Yuchai Group Evaluation Honor Name, Procedures and Incentive Rank, and Standard of Preferential Treatment, which is subsequently promulgated and implemented by Yuchai Group. New revised regulations increase the standard of preferential treatment of honor ranks above enterprise level such as National Model Worker. 
       2010 Yuchai Group Evaluation Honor Name, Procedures and Incentive Rank, and Standard of Preferential Treatment is revised based on 2007 version, mainly changing three parts:
        1. Increase amount of prize money for National Model Worker, National "May 1" Labor Medal, Provincial Model Worker, Guangxi "May 1" Labor Medal, Civic Model Worker, individual honor in national, provincial and civic level; amount of price money of National Model Worker, Provincial Model Worker, Guangxi May 1 Labor Medal and Civic Model Worker is respectively increased to 15,000 yuan, 10,000 yuan, 7,000 yuan and 5,000 yuan; amount of price money of individual honor in national, provincial and civic level is respectively increased to 1000yuan, 500yuan and 300yuan.
       2. Increase amount of price money for those who win competitive match of win professional skills of Staff in China or in Guangxi. The first, second and third place in national competitive match is increased respectively to 60,000 yuan, 50,000 yuan and 40,000 yuan; amount of price money for the 4th to 10th place is increased to 20,000 yuan. Amount of price money for the 11th and 12th place is increased to 10,000 yuan. The1st to 5th place in Guangxi provincial competitive match is increased respectively to 15,000 yuan, 10,000 yuan, 8,000 yuan, 5,000 yuan and 3,000 yuan.
        3. Any employee who is entitled as Yuchai Chief  Position Skill Master, Craft Master or Excellent Mechanic could obtain a chance for healthy rehabilitation or tour at public expense. 
        Increasing standard of staff honor reward indicates that leaders in Yuchai Group appreciate the important attribution of excellent employees, which will encourage staff to work with a pioneering spirit, create ambience of Learning from excellent workers and make every effort to offer contribution throughout the company, and further mobilize staffs initiative?and innovation to do meritorious work for stronger and larger Yuchai.
