        Hainan Yuchai Machinery Co., Ltd. is a professional manufacturer engaged in the processing of middle-sized gears in Hainan, which mainly manufactures and sells various gears and spline shafts matching automotive diesel engines and construction machinery. Due to the adjustment in the national policies for environmental protection, Euro 3 emission standard for automotive engines was implemented compulsorily from July 2008, and market requirements for gear quality have become increasingly high. To adjust to the change in product structure, Hainan Yuchai launched the capacity expansion and technical innovation of automotive engine gears this year, with a total planned investment of RMB 20 million. This is also a key social investment project of Qionghai in 2010.

          According to the source, the thermal processing equipment in the project of Hainan Yuchai used a new process to save electricity consumption by about 15%, and the launch of the project has effectively solved the problem of the scarcity in the capacity for key working procedures such as tooth processing, thermal processing and grinding and broken development bottlenecks such as backwardness in equipment technology.
