       Recently, the bench work, milling and numerically-controlled lathe work contests of Yuchai Vocational Skill Competition 2010 kicked off. 104 contestants took the theoretical exam. Rao Yingxian, chairman of the trade union of the group and Wan Shenglan, director of the training center were present for inspection and instruction.
       The competition has two characteristics: enormous increase in the number of contestants, companies like Yuchai Machinery Company Limited, Yuchai Heavy Industry and Jinchuang Company sent strong teams; great initiative in participation, the contestants voluntarily gave up travel opportunities to participate in the competition.

       The group vocational skill competition is an effective form of improving skills, which is popular with staff.
