Recently, the visiting group, made up of leaders such as Lu Daodong, secretary of the Party Leadership Group of Yulin Federation of Trade Unions; Zhang Jiasha, deputy secretary of the Party Committee of Yuchai Group and Rao Yingxian, chairman of the Trade Union of Yuchai Group, visited the staff in the northwest.
      The group first paid a visit to the resident staff of Yuchai Sales Company and  yuchai machinery monopoly development Co.,Ltd. and held talks with 10 employees of the representative office. Seeing the vigorous staff and learning that the office had overfulfilled the sales task in the first half of this year, Lu said, This is my first time to be here, your business performance in the financial statements superior to the previous year shows that you have worked hard, thank you for your great contribution to the prosperity of Yuchai and Yulin! As vigorous warriors, you should carry forward the spirit of unity and pioneering and strive for greater success.
       Zhang spoke highly of the offices efforts in the first half of this year and extended thanks for the diligence of the staff on behalf of Yuchai, saying that the living and working environment in the northwest was severe, the staff had to face greater difficulties and challenges, but could temper themselves and learn more in adversity, and hoping that they would remain vigorous and work hard to expand the market and business.
       Rao said that the group trade union had purchased equipment such as tennis tables for the office, and hoped that the staff would take care of health, take active part in physical exercise, pay attention to life and property safety, and prevent fire and burglary.
       Following the visit, regardless of fatigue, the group continued on to Gansu to see the staff of the representative office in Lanzhou. According to the source, the group will successively visit the representative offices in Qinghai, Gansu, Ningxia, Chengdu and Tibet from July 6 to 13 to convey Yuchais production management information and development plan, find out the staffs work and living conditions, duly solve what the staff think and need and send the groups care and support for the resident staff.
       The advent of the group elated and motivated the resident staff, who said that they would renew efforts to actively develop markets and contribute to corporate development.
