On July 17th, companied by vice mayor of Ziyang city of Sichuan province Tian Yadong, chairman of the board and executive deputy general manager of Yuchai Ziyang Company Zhang Zhengqing and Zhu Dade, chairman of the board of Yuchai Group Yan Ping went to Yuchai Ziyang Company for research and study.

Yan Ping entered deeply into the workshop, held discussions with the operating team of Yuchai Ziyang Company and listened carefully to the work report of Yuchai Ziyang Company. Yan Ping thanked the government of Ziyang city for the wonderful investment environment they created, pledged to make deserved contributions to the local development and fully affirmed the progress achieved by Ziyang Company on production and technical reformation. He earnestly encouraged the operating team that Ziyang Company was the important component of Yuchai ship engine strategy, so they should make concerted effort to accelerate the R&D of the ship engine to build Ziyang Company to be a world-renowned and China-topping ship power supplier.
