       On the night of July 8, leaders of Yuchai went to dormitory areas overnight to salute new employee with care about their livings. Fitful laughter came out from specialist building in Yuchai Yinghua Community and college students building in each living community from time to time.
       The first salutation group , including Liangping, secretary of the Party committee of Yuchai Machinery Co., Ltd. and Huang Youyan, secretary of League committee of Yuchai Group, etc., came to specialist building in Yuchai Yinghua Community first, where 26 master graduates from Tianjin University, Wuhan University of Technology and Sunderland University (UK) , etc., were visited. Liang had cordial talks with new employees everywhere she turned. Your satisfaction is farthest cared by us., as she said. Liang asked them about difficulties in living in detail and required staffs to coordinate and resolve the difficulties as soon as possible. In conversation with Lv Yukun, a master graduate from Northeastern University, when knowing that Lv and her boyfriend are both working in Yuchai and she is practicing in the first engine plant, Liang presented great delight. As she said, practice at the production line is to make new employees deeply take knowledge of Yuchai. They should adapt to grass-roots work and get stores of knowledge on a firm footing to face with greater challenge and undertake greater responsibility in the future.
       In college students building in Donghua Community, Xie Yuqiang, vice president of Yuchai, and Guan Min, manager of human resource department, were cordially taking about family life with new employees, accompanied with continuous laughter. Xie said, Selecting Yuchai is a correct decision of yours. Yuchai is under rapid development and will president great change in the next few years and many opportunities. If youre capable, youll get a good development. I hope you exert yourselves. He asked them about conditions of accommodation and living with much care, and took knowledge of their problems. Their questions were replied on the spot. Xie interestingly described his own experience on living in college students building, initiating fitful laughter.

       Deputy secretary of the Party committee, Guo Deming, et al., came to southern college students building for visit, under still hot evening. In dormitory of new employees, Guo shook hands with every new employee and sat with them surrounded. He asked them about adaptation to living and diet, satisfaction to living condition, adaptation to role change and communication with new colleague, with concern. He described his growth in Yuchai for them with his own experience and encouraged them to diligently undertake new job and learning. Every struggling employee will never be treated unfairly in Yuchai For questions fed back from new employees, Guo asked relevant units to carry out rectification as soon as possible.

Especially, salutations from leaders make them feel family-like love. Two new employees graduated from Beijing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics said with delight, After attending report by the director Yan Ping in our university in 2008, we were always attracted toward Yuchai. Now we attain our wishes. Were delightful. Also, other new employees successively indicated, Yuchai is a nationally-known enterprise. Were glad to work here, and proud. As we realized in the past, Yuchai treat its employees very well. Now we further taste enthusiasm of leaders and staffs in Yuchai. Well definitely make effort to achieve success in Yuchai.
