General manager of Yuchai Heavy Industry Co., Ltd Zhang Shiyong delivered speech on the initiating ceremony

On July 15th, colorful flags danced and balloons flew at the headquarters of Yuchai Heavy Industry Co., Ltd. Yuchai Heavy Industry was holding the grand initiating ceremony of service event Appreciating journey---care 2010. General manager of Yuchai Heavy Industry Zhang Shiyong, deputy secretary of CPC committee Zhan Xu, deputy general manager Bian Dejun, leaders of each department and providers presented the ceremony, which was hosted by Ye Guoqiu, deputy general manager of marketing company of Yuchai Heavy Industry.

Great achievements had been gained since the beginning of this year. Up to June 30th, the sales earnings had reached 1.5 billion Yuan, which was more than the total sales amount in 2009.

At the beginning of 2010, Yuchai Heavy Industry brought forward diversity sales service strategy, which required all the staff on the service line should promote the two competition advantages Brand service and Brand fittings in the engineering machinery industry, and Yuchai hoped to implement the strategy of Brand service and Brand fittings through the service event Appreciating journey. For this, the Company decided to make Appreciating journey to be a great service event this year. This initiating ceremony was an effort made by Yuchai Heavy Industry to break through homogeneity marketing ways. Bian Dejun pointed out in his mobilizing speech, all company workers should exploit actively and innovate bravely to provide policy references for the breakthrough of full-series excavator in 2010. Meanwhileto keep close cooperation with providers, unify ideology, strengthen marketing realization, establish service concept, and further promote the connotation of the thought Appreciable, responsible. He sincerely hoped that the workers at the front production line of Yuchai Heavy Industry could get over hundreds of mountains and step into thousands of families to provide high quality services.

Zhang Shiyong announced the formal launch of Appreciating journey---care 2010 of Yuchai Heavy Industry. Immediately, salutes launched together and colorful fireworks blew out in the air. With the exciting music Beyond dreams, Zhang Shiyong initiated flags to the 12 teams of service event, which pushed the ceremony to the peak. The 12 teams of service event received flags one by one. What you could see was the dancing flags in the wind, reflecting the firm faces of the service team members.

Chairman of the board of Jiangsu Traudo Air-conditioner Co., Ltd. Chen Xuefeng delivered a speech representing the providers. He said, the providers should take advantages of this activity to deepen the understanding of the core concept of Yuchai Green development, harmonious win-win, the service principle Giving all we have; doing all we can; sincerely for customers; honesty in the world which were implemented by practice.
