Middle service conference of Jiangxi distribution office
During the first ten days of July, under the unified deployment of the customer service center of Yuchai Machinery Co., Ltd., the nationally located 32 distribution offices of Yuchai Machinery Co., Ltd. separately held 2010 middle service conferences at their located places. Personnel of each distribution office, staff of each branch company of the monopoly company and heads of the service centers in charge of Yuchai service in relevant popedom participated in the conferences.
The aims of the middle service conferences were to further summarize the service operations detailedly in the first half year so as to promote the managing level of the service centers. The main contents of the conferences focused on the work summarization of 2010 middle service and fittings guarantee of Yuchai, activity summarization of heavy duty diesel service month, important work deployment of the next half year for service and fittings guarantee, and group discussions on the relevant service work.
Among them, the theme of the 2010 middle service conference of Jiangxi region of Yuchai was forward together with cooperation, devoted to guarantee, and all the Yuchai service centers in Jiangxi province had designated important representatives to participated in this conference. At the conference, service manager Liu Zhen of Jiangxi distribution office reviewed many examples of Jiangxi Yuchai service center providing high quality service guarantee, such as fixing engines 200 meters deep into the mine and so on. The conference also released the performances of every service center, hoping that all the service centers would promote the level of National No. 3 and National No. 4 to continue the leading status of Yuchai service in the industry. Yuchai fittings sales in Jiangxi region during the first half year accomplished 16.92 million, up 40% compared to the same period of last year.
Middle service conference of Yuchai Sichuan
After the middle service conferences, all centers began to work on service promotion tensely. On July 10th, Guiyang monopoly company organized all staff to deploy work in the next half year. Manager of Guiyang monopoly company Song Wenze pointed out, Guiyang was always the important market of Yuchai heavy duty diesel; the work in the next half year should focus on the principle main machine first, service first ; the statistics & analysis of urgent orders should be managed as for the fittings guarantee; work in the future should keep high consistency with the distribution offices; as for the market layout, we should accelerate the construction of the second network centers to cooperate with distribution offices developing and constructing the market; we should overfulfill the tasks as much as possible on condition that the services were guaranteed.
