On July 19th, Yuchai chose 10 workers, named Pang Jiayong, Gong Chunsong, Lin Yongxian, Zhong Qingsi, Cao Siyu, Li Liuhua, He Youneng, Yang Wanye, Feng Ji and Wu Wenjing, and sent them to Nanning labours nursing home for recuperation. To send off the leaving workers, the Group had held a simple depart ceremony. Deputy secretary of CPC committee of Yuchai Group Zhang Jiasha, chairman of labor union Rao Yingxian and other leaders had seen them off.

The ten workers chosen and sent by Yuchai for recuperation were all the workers of excellent and backbone in their units. All were from the front production line, including labor model from autonomy district, chief technical master of Yuchai, work type master, gold medal worker, and top level technician. They had been working on the front production line for many years, silently making contributions to our company. They were the outstanding representatives of the workers and they were the most lovable people and treasure.

Caring the health of the workers on the front production line very much, the leaders of Yuchai Group denoted the labor union of the Group to detailedly arrange physical examination for workers, supervise and implement the traveling holidays for workers organized by every unit, build workers retiring room, care both the physical and psychological health of the front production workers, and protect the legal rights of all the workers.
